Where are your products made?
All our pieces are designed and crafted in our workshop in Caen, Normandy.
What materials do you use?
We use bio-based materials (PLA) sourced from plants, chosen for their durability and low environmental impact. We also use PETG for making waterproof components.
How do I care for the products?
A soft, slightly damp cloth is all you need. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or humidity for objects made from PLA.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Transactions are secured through our partner, Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are prepared quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lesarcadiens.fr or using our contact form. We will do our best as long as production has not yet started.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands 🇫🇷🇧🇪🇩🇪🇳🇱.
What are the delivery times?
Since our items are made to order, preparation time averages between 2 and 7 business days before shipping.
For France: 2 to 5 business days after shipping
For Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: 4 to 8 business days after shipping.
These timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., holidays) or due to issues with the carrier.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders over €70. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a proven defect. More info here.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Send us a message at contact@lesarcadiens.fr with photos of the package and the product. We will offer you an exchange or a refund.
