Refund policy
At Les Arcadiens, each piece is made to order in our workshop in Normandy. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have a legal period of 30 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

Be returned in its original packaging
🧾 Procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us by using the return request form or directly by email at contact@lesarcadiens.fr, providing:

Your first and last name

Your order number

The product(s) concerned

The reason for return (optional)
Once your request has been accepted, please return the item to the following address:

💸 Fees and Refunds
Les Arcadiens offers free returns within 30 days.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will send you a prepaid return label.
After receiving and checking the returned items, the refund will be issued within 14 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
In case of an error or a defective product, return costs will of course be fully covered by Les Arcadiens.

If you have received a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days, providing:

We will send you a prepaid return label and offer either an exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference.
