We take your pieces back, even broken
An object falls, no longer finds its place, or your tastes change. Rather than let it sleep at the back of a cupboard or end up in the bin, we take it back to recover the material.
How it works
We take back your end-of-life Les Arcadiens objects free of charge, even damaged. Once received, the pieces are ground down in the workshop to recover the material, which we reuse in prototyping, in experiments, or to make new objects.
It is our way of closing the loop: reducing waste, and giving usefulness back to an object that has none left.

Write to us from the contact form telling us which piece you would like to send back.

We send you a prepaid return label to stick on the parcel.

When the piece arrives, your voucher of €10.00 reaches you by email. It is valid across the whole shop.
An effort rewarded
The idea is a fine one, the effort is tedious. So for every piece taken back, we offer a voucher of €10.00, valid across the whole shop.
Return postage is covered from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. From the other countries we serve, the take-back remains open and the voucher still applies, but the postage is at your expense.
Not to be confused with a return
Second life concerns a piece you no longer want, whatever its age and whatever its condition. It has nothing to do with a recent purchase you are not happy with: in that case it is your right of withdrawal that applies, and you are refunded rather than credited with a voucher.
