Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the website www.lesarcadiens.fr. The terms that apply to a purchase are set out in our terms of sale.
1 – Access to the site
By using our site or making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You may allow a minor under your responsibility to use our site.
The site has no customer area: no account is needed to order, and we keep no login credentials.
2 – Our products
Les Arcadiens strives to present its products faithfully. Colours shown on screen may nonetheless vary from one device to another. As each piece is 3D-printed, slight variations may appear.
Product descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the site at any time, or to limit the quantities available.
3 – Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to buy. It is subject to validation by Les Arcadiens. An order is considered accepted only on receipt of an email confirmation and once payment has been approved.
Before confirming your order, please check that the information entered is correct. Requests to change or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed once it has been confirmed.
Returns and refunds are governed by our return policy.
4 – Prices and invoicing
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any delivery charges. Les Arcadiens reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Payment data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. It does not pass through our site and we have no access to it.
5 – Delivery
Orders are shipped to a Mondial Relay pickup point. The countries served, the charges and the lead times are set out on the Delivery page. Delivery times are indicative: Les Arcadiens cannot be held liable for a delay attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances, without prejudice to article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.
6 – Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, designs, products, brand) is the exclusive property of Les Arcadiens. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.
7 – Third-party tools and services
The site relies on services provided by third parties: Stripe for payment, Mondial Relay for choosing the pickup point and for delivery, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the order database and Resend for sending emails. Their use is governed by our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the operation of their own services.
8 – Links to third parties
Our site may contain links to other external sites. We are not responsible for their content, nor for the sales terms applied there.
9 – A direct relationship, with no intermediary
Sales made on this site are concluded directly between Les Arcadiens and the customer. No marketplace or third-party platform intervenes in the commercial relationship: the providers named in article 7 are technical processors.
10 – Personal data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you accept that policy.
11 – Contributions and reviews
Any content you submit (reviews, suggestions, feedback) may be used by Les Arcadiens for improvement or communication purposes. You must hold the rights to the content submitted.
12 – Accuracy of information
Despite our efforts, errors may appear on the site. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect or outdated content without notice.
13 – Prohibited uses
You undertake to use our site lawfully and respectfully. Any abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use is prohibited and may result in your access to the services being suspended.
14 – Warranties and liability
The services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Les Arcadiens shall in no event be held liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site, without prejudice to the statutory guarantees applicable to the products sold.
15 – Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. As a consumer you nonetheless keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
