Delivery

Every Les Arcadiens piece is printed and assembled in our workshop in Caen, Normandy. Orders are shipped to a Mondial Relay pickup point, with a tracking number.

This is currently our only delivery method: you choose the pickup point yourself on a map when you order. We do not offer home delivery.

1 – Delivery zones and charges

We deliver to 9 countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Poland. Delivery is free to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands, and charged at €7.90 to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Poland.

The charges shown are final, inclusive of all taxes, whatever the number of items. The exact amount is displayed before payment, as soon as you have chosen your pickup point.

Some destinations are subject to a weight limit set by the carrier. If your basket exceeds it, you are told before payment rather than after: we would rather say so at that point than charge you for a parcel that could not leave.

2 – Dispatch time

Your pieces are in stock: the parcel leaves the same day for any order placed before 3 pm CET, Monday to Friday.

If the workshop closes (holidays, maintenance), a visible message is shown on the site and the delay is given to you before you order.

3 – Delivery time

Allow the dispatch time above, then the transit shown in the table. These durations are the ones stated by Mondial Relay and remain indicative: a peak in activity or a carrier hiccup can lengthen them.

If your order were not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel it and be refunded in full, in accordance with article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

4 – Tracking your parcel

As soon as it ships, you receive a tracking number by email. It lets you follow the journey on the Mondial Relay website.

Once the parcel has arrived, you have the collection window stated by Mondial Relay to pick it up at the point you chose.

5 – Lost, damaged or late parcel

Transport risks are ours until the parcel is actually handed over (article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). Check its condition on arrival: if anything is wrong, write to us at contact@lesarcadiens.fr quoting your order number, with photos if possible.

6 – And if the piece isn't right for you?

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The return is at our expense from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands; from the other countries served it remains possible within the same period, at your expense. The detail is on the Returns and refunds page.
